im tired of whipping it off all the time, is there some type of product that keeps it from sticking to the wheel? not really looking for the brake dust shields or anything expensive, hopefully just something i can pick up at autozone. thanks.

Michelin makes something called "Brake Dust Repellent" but I doubt it works.

Just use good pads next time and you won't have ANY dust. ;)

If you have a chrome or polished rim you can clean ur rims, then apply a sealent (its designed for ur paint). Zaino, Klasse and miguirs all make sealents and will work well, dont use wax though, as wax tends to attract dust.

Most would assume you have upgraded rotors using hawk pads....but yes that probally is your problem.
I had power stop rotors and EBC green stuff pads on my ZX3 and there was no dust.
