This aint a bad number, but a lot of ppl that work hard can do a 150 on the new termlab sensor.....

But I just cranked out that number at 33hz

;)

I know my earlier numbers seemed kind of disappointing, this any better? :woot:

Not sure yet, its louder w/ me in the car, so I'm thinkin about taking up a little more space and seein what happens. Im thinkin bout making a box w/ a angled top that goes from the front of my sub box to the headrest of the front seats, see if it helps a little bit.

If it don't, oh well, try somethin else, I got a t-lab to play with now so I know what will work in 5 min, don't gotta wait for a comp to come around any more :)

I havent even cut the port yet, I might not if I'm doin good enough numbers w/ what I have now.

My company has been debating getting a t-lab sensor just for me and some of my buddies to play around with. where can you get them for cheap? Are there any cheap but accurate alternatives? Any help is appriciated! About the angled top, that sounds like a winner. That would definately help get the sound to the dash.

Some guy told me that he could get me an audiocontrol mic for $700, w/ everything you need to work it, but I'm not sure if that's the lowest price you can get. But the t-lab sensor is more accurate, doesn't need to be recalibrated (audiocontrol will loosen up and your 145 car is all of a sudden a 147 car). The t-lab is also cheaper, $599.

Why the sensor is better than the mic-- http://www.termpro.com/storefront/sensorbenefits.html

All ya need is a computer to hook it up to and you're money. It's what dbDrag, MECA, USAC, and NSPL all use now, so its gotta be good. I've played around w/ the new sensor a lot and its awesome, tells ya exactly what note(s) are bein played, real time so you can see your score go up and down, peak hold, adjustable automatic reset....I'd say its your best bet and you can buy it online at www.termpro.com
