Spark Plug Gap......Help Quick

I'm doing my plugs/wires..etc. right now but I can't find the gap for the plugs. I used to know but I've forgotten :slap: Anyone know?

I need an answer quickly.....if it's been more than an hour since this post ignore this completely!
