The Dyno Day at Floor It in Lawrence Kansas is a go. Prices will be $55.00 for 3 pulls starting at 9:00 AM in the morning. There will also be a sled pull if anyone is interested in entering it, I will give the details.

Lawrence is 20 minutes west of Kansas City.

I'd say it's a little farther than 20 minutes. It's about 45 miles. What kind of dyno is it and will they have a/f?

Guess I was actually thinking Olathe. It is 28 miles from olathe.

hmmm, very interested...even though I gotta drive to Lawrence. Just an fyi, when I lived back in MA, we scheduled all our dynos in the fall and winter due to the air. If you get some hot summer air, you won't pull to your potential, but I'm still interested to see what the R/T put down in the summer time. Definitely let me know if they have A/F, that's key. I might have a couple other people interested too. They own mustangs, but hey, the more the merrier.

I do not think they are running A/F. It is not supposed to be a tuning session, just 3 pulls for bragging rights.

again, id like to go, but ill have to see, the way they got me working is crazy. Cant even go to Automobilia even though i really wanted to. 8 Days straight on my second week there. Friggen sucks.

if it starts at 9AM, how long is it gonna go for? Im still gonna try to get off, but if i cant, id still come up afterwards, so id probably make it there right before noon...

and now that i think about it, 9Am is really early for a saturday...

It will go pretty late, as the combination of a Dyno day and a truck pull will be a full day of playing.

Hard to say, there are notices on other boards as well. There will be alot of Diesels there and should be several hemis there as well as Dakotas.

The guy I told about it came. He has a red 5.2 Durango. He said while he was there, he was the only non-diesel even at the dyno. He dyno'd 6th.

I got there at about 1:30 or two. He must have left before I got there. I was in my red Durango as well.

I just found out he actually dyno'd 4th, so he must have been there pretty early. He stopped by Topeka on his way home for the SRT Nationals where I was racing, but we were already done for the day by the time he got there that afternoon.
