well,
I was calling once a week to see how it was coming along and everytime i got the same answer, "still waiting for parts" and i want to see how much it would cost extra to get my front bumper repainted and to see if he could get chrome rims because i could get them cheaper then what he would pay for silver, he says should be a problem with the insurance because its cheaper. never calls me back on ether. each time i called i left a message to call me back.
after about 4 weeks i drove up there last wed and walked right past the office straight into the shop it self and ask a worker if they have seen a red dakota r/t. he said yea, its been sitting outside done for just over a week.....
i go check it out, it all done and all. only problem they replaced 3 wheels instead of 4. the last one isnt bad, its not bent or missing chunks like the other ones but the outside lip is scuffed up really bad.im gona be bitching at someone when i "offically" get it back to get it replaced.. what really pisses me off is that i didnt get the rims, which my insurance company oked, i called them. and i didnt get my front bumper repainted.... so i go hunt down the guy that was in charge of my truck. insurance and stuff. he says that they are still working on the rear end because its still humming while you drive it, he says they replaced both axles still did it, replaced all bearings, still humms, now he says he is going to take it for a test drive that day to see if he can personally figure out whats wrong, he thinks it might need a new houseing.........
I told this dumbsh*t when i dropped the truck, that i already looked it, it needs 2 new rear axles and a new ring gear...
After all this ^ its still not over because i need one more wheel replaced.
conclusion, king collision in boardman does good work. but if the guy that estimates your truck is named larry, run...
