AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oils - Reduces Friction, Heat and Wear

In high heat conditions, engine protection is not sacrificed with AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oil. It has the best high temperature film strength (see High Temperature Viscosity Protection graph below) of all oils tested and contains a heavy treatment of anti-wear additives to reduce wear regardless of the operating conditions (see Wear Comparison graph at right). Shear Stability

High engine rpms common to scooter applications increase shear, causing conventional lubricants to lose viscosity and reduce their ability to control wear, resulting in shorter engine life. The synthetic formulation of Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Scooter Oil effectively resists shear, delivering consistent viscosity protection for unsurpassed wear protection and extended equipment life.

Thermal Stability

The operating temperatures of scooter engines fluctuate greatly, especially with air-cooled engines. Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Scooter Oil resists breakdown at elevated temperatures, maintaining its protective viscosity for maximum wear control.

Available in black finish, with several models also available in chrome. They have a heavy-duty case of drawn steel. The case is double-crimped at the base with rolled-under seaming to withstand extreme pressure surges and road shocks. These quality full-flow filters are designed to allow extended filter change intervals. Available in spin-on and cartridge types.
