you can find all kinds of stuff on ebay (of couse) for fairly cheap. i'm starting to get back into it. played last weekend. gonna try to find the funds to play this weekend. had way too much fun

ANy word on getting this meet done, I'm anxious, Hell next weekend I'm going back home to NY to attend a so called meet in my original home town of Albany. I'd love to be able to meet and greet in my new home state of Maryland. On a side note, have any of you guys been down to Capital raceway? I've heard a few things about it, and I'm curious to know if more mopars are there vice Bud's creek.

CRAPital raceway is ok. its close to us, thats why we go there. MIR is much nicer just a bit more of a hike for some of us. it works for friday nights though. lil racing then hit the bars. they tend to be pretty leinent on tech. only open for the 2nd week this week and well, its raining. few of us need still need to buy jackets. and i need my cut off swtich. might slide at capital. who knows. my weekends are pretty much packed through the month but anytime after that i'm good for. thinking about it capital does sunday test and tune as well some weekends. we could plan for that. one sunday at the track............ i'll go check their site.............

there is a huge car show in ocean city maryland in may the 18-21. there are suppossed to be over 10,000 cars there i am going down with my truck, a supra, a5.0 mustang and a dodge ram 1500 supercharged 4x4.is anyone else going?

I know a decent 4 wheeling spot down off of reisterstown road. You can take your trucks and if you have one, a quad. That could be fun. Hey atleast if you got stuck there would be plenty of people to pull you out :wave: but whatever you guys decide, Im down

4wheeling would be fun, and i guess i could take the mrs 4x4............... i dunno my truck doesn't really do that whole "off road" thing to well. shit, it barely likes mild bumps in the road. via DakUsa, we always have meets at the hooters in rockville. some of the sova guys come up and a few come down from the north. there is a new Bill Batemans (resturaunt/bar) that just opened up in Glen Burnie. got a decent sized parking lot, and it doubles as a car hang out. some of the older hot rod guys get together there every now and again. plenty of parking lot. could plan a 12/1 lunch meet. its past noon so its acceptable by normal standards to start drinking. stare at some trucks, and whatever else is in the parking lot. oh yeah, they have good food too..................

friday nights are "test and tune" nights. last friday buddy broke his driveshaft. and i got zero traction. gates open at 5 staging lanes close at 10. open till those left are done. $20 to race, $10 to watch. running OPS class most friday nights. good if you are there to watch. kinda crappy if you are racing.

I'm bringing the Durango, I've got all kinds of problem right now with my dak, Tried to start it up yesterday, and the starter is dead. I'm having a hell of a time getting at the top bolt to replace it. Decided that the V6 needs another freshening up, seeing as how I blew some rings. Gonna put some Keith Black pistons in it, and the 1.7's. Hopefully this time it will be able to handle the spray. Also need to put the 3.90's out back. I'm just glad we are all going to be able to hang out. I can't wait. I'm going to bed right after school, so I can get up early wash the Rango, and head on up to Glen Berny. Definately looking forward to hanging with you all.

I got there, parked nexted to a durango I thought was yours, went to the front of the Ice Cream joint, looked around, than went over to Bill Batemen's, had lunch, and left around 2:30. I'm definately game for trying again. This time I'll have to leave slightly earlier to make the agreed upon time frame. Oh and next time we will have to exchange numbers, to ensure people are coming.
