Alright,

First off i'm not fond of the clear or altezza tail lights, so my ? is, what other options do i have to just used the stock tails i already have?..(tinting?) any suggestions will be appreicated.

There's a handful of different altezzas, but if you don't like any of them your only real option beyond that is to paint your stock tails - some people color-match the outer section of the tails to your body color, and other people have been candy'ing their lights (spray translucent red or smoke colored paint on the tails)

I'm not knocking all the altezzas and clears, i just wanna try to keep the sleeper look as much as possibly, my truck ain't gonna be the perfect example of sleeper, but i want it to be close as possible. Thanks for the ideas

Tail light guards look pretty nice if you get the right ones and blend in well.

I was never really a fan of euro or alteezas either, until the euro tec tail lights came out. In this pic, the truck on the left is mine with the euro tec lights, and the one on the right is a friend of mines with the black ram heads. Both look awesome to me.
