There is a NE chapter DRTC meet at cecil county on march 25th, I am currently planning a dyno day for sunday the 26th.
10 rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn Express in Northeast, MD for the weekend of March 24-26. The group rate I was given is $89.99 a night. The phone number for reservations is (410)287-0008. When you call to make reservations, let them know you are with the Dakota R/T club. The group buy is good now thru Tuesday March 14 at which time the group buy rate is no good. The regular rate will apply after the 14th. The hotels website is below for those that need more info.
