Overhead Console Temp Compass

I'm in the middle of buying a 1999 SLT Durango, but I noticed it don't have the over head console with the temp and all that. How hard would it be to intall that and have it fully functional? Thanks in advance.

I just checked this out with the service mgr @ my wife's dealership.....need wiring harness, ECM, and PCM....and about 5hrs.

From what I heard its alot more work then its worth.

$55 for the console off eBay...

$4 for wire

1 Hour for complete install...

Easy as hell and well worth it...
