Haven't talked to any on the web yet. Just wondering, thinking it would be sweet to start some sort of chapter here and maybe go wheeling with another dak sometime? thanks

Hey im from McAlester and I have a lifted Dak. were are you located?? It would be great to get a chapter or something of that nature started for the 4x4-4x2 Daks in Oklahoma, say a monthly or bi-monthly meet...? Oh well we can just follow the Jeeps around untill we get something going.

Not to many lifted Daks in my town, a couple of 5.9 R/T's but no lifted daks. I've got the only one. People dont know if they should like it or hate it.. Mostly old geezers driving street-queen daks around here. I see some rock crawlers on occasion heading to Clayton to do there thing but those are some major caliber toys that I cant hang with. Sure would be good to meet up with some other daks & hit the trails..Anyways..

:biggthump Yeah i am the only lifted dak I have ever seen in oklahoma! Been around a few in colorado. I'm so excited! I thought nobody would ever reply. I am in Edmond, I think it'd be sweet to meet up and go somewhere or get a club togther.

I'm right there with you, as a lifted dakota you can have fun but i can't hang with the rock crawlers and it is hard to find others that have lifted daily driver toys. anyway, let me know if you get a free weekend and wanna go mud somewhere! thanks, oklahoma dakota

You bet, I will get in touch with you later on. I have been coming to this site for a long time to get info & what not, but I just registered yesterday. I am waiting for my new wheels & tires to get here to post pictures of my truck & I still have to figure out how to do it. I know everyone at offcamber will want pics. I think its about time for the Oklahoma 4x4 daks to start hanging out on this site like yellokota2K & his bunch do. After this damn drought is over maybe we can find some mud!!

P.S. I need that front winch bumper... what brand is it, were did it come from?? Looks good!

Winch bumper is from hansonenterprises.com~~That particular model is $1,495.00 with no paint! it's a little pricey if i were anyone else I would use a local welder or Kennesaw Mountain Bumpers. They would both be much cheaper.

I got the bumper from a guy in Colorado Springs he traded his dak for an F250~~He had been trying to sell it for over a year but I guess he didn't know where to post it for sell or he would have gotten a lot more for it.

I got it for $350!!! It has nothing wrong with it and a good powder coat!

I think Kennesaw's front winchers run $350-850 depending on what you want.

Can't wait to see your pics, OklahomaDakota

Wow, thats a good deal on that bumper!! I wish I could get a deal like that but its unlikely :( I looked into the knmtn. bumpers and like them alot but have noticed alot of bad feedback from folks, also they are a long way from the house & I like to keep check on things. I have a good friend that has a shop and is a great welder... might hit him up about it. I feel like a poser not having any pics up yet, but they are coming soon.

Yeah I have heard the guy over at Kennesaw (kyle) is a real ass and takes too long, but I would rather wait 6 months and pay 600 then wait one month and pay 1500 ya know. The friend that welds would be the best way to go. Then you could design what you wanted to a T, plus it would be truly one of kind. I can't wait to see your truck! Later

Hi guys... just joined this site and I'm from Oklahoma also. This looks like a really active site so looking forward to seeing what it has to offer. I've got an 02 QC 4x4. Not much into off-roading, but got the 4x4 for so that when I find the time/money to go skiing it's the wife and I's ride to Colorado. I also think the 4x2 look wimpy ( :sorry: 4x2 owners). It's mostly stock except for stainless steel nerf bars on the sides, bug deflector on the front, and an ARE flat cover on the back. Just thought I'd say "Hi" and see ya around the site.

Hey guys, just joined a week ago. I'm in the Tulsa area. I gotta '03 QC 2WD - sorry, don't do any off roadin' or muddin'. I don't have many mods yet, just a new air intake and new exhaust (loud, 14" magnaflow with dual tips exiting in front of the right rear tire).

Some of the guys on this site have incredible trucks!! I'd love to have a hot, fast, truck but I'm an old fart with other priorities and limited $$$ (probably like most of you).

Hey, ok_dqc02, maybe I'll see you around town.
