Can you give some more details on the event? I'm about an hours ride from englishtown.

Its just basic bracket racing. You run however many time trials that time allows to get an idea what you are going to run, then you dial in (estimate) what you thing you will run, and once eliminations start, whover you race against, whichever of you comes closest to your dial in time, without going faster, moves on to the next round. It's really a lot of fun. Last year I raced my 4.0 Jeep just for fun, ran a pathetic 17.7 but it was a rush racing on a track. First time I had ever done it. We had a whole bunch of Jeeps racing, was a lot of fun.

i might go, but i dont think they alow towed vehicles on the track, meaning ill have to tow mine through the race..lol. running like shit my truck is. god i wish my motor was done, im dyin here..lol :drive:

When I went in November there were quite a few vehicles that were towed. Well on flatbeds at least, not sure if thats what you mean.

So we still have some people going? If there are any LIers going, I am meeting up with a few Jeep guys super early next Sat and we are all gonna ride together.

Otherwise I'll be at the track with the Jeep guys since I know them, so lets get a whole Mopar group together at the track in the pits. I'll probably be getting there around 8am.

this is a time i wish my truck hasent sat for a month. it still wont fuckin start...im so mad. i was soposed to go with a few friends. just make sure u guys get there really early or else ur not goin to get to run. last time i brought a car there gates opened at 9 i was there at 8 and i just got in. 7 cars after they stopped letting people in. good luck guys and lets see sum videos. p.s. if any 1 has rims for em i have a set of et streets for sale. 26x10.5x15 they have bout 65% life left and will still pull 1.7x 60 fts askin 125 for the 2 just pick em up. put alittle wd40 on em wrap em in ciran wrap and dont take em off till morning. :biggthump. im from ct 1203 209 3704

Cool deal, look for me parked with a bunch of Jeeps, we'll probably be one of the first ones there and parked near the staging lanes. Hope this snow doesnt affect it at all, it wasnt too bad here on LI like they were predicting.
