Possible recall on Durango ball joints

No one seemed interested in this in the general forum. This along with the brake rotors are the 2 problems with these vehicles.

What is it going to take for this to be recalled. Mulitiple deaths. Apparently from everything I have read, this is a major issue, more specifically the right side. Ours goes into the shop wed. for new ball joints. Come on Recall please!
