It is nice to know we have an option. Now if we could only have a few others...
Has anyone used this companies lifts before and have good or bad experiences with them?
I like the look of the truck with a slight lift and leveling kit, but new to the truck world. Is this the standard method to lift a truck? By that I mean body lift + urethane coil spring spacers. I was under the impression that body lifts were not desired for some reason and that a suspension lift is the ultimate goal. I'm not sure I completely understand the differences. But I will do more research here and abroad.
Any of you have pros or cons running around your head referencing this package?
I'd hate to purchase this, and then realize I was after a suspension lift. I want to do it right the first time!
Thanks in advance.

suspension lift is for sure the way to go and for that it looks like we have no options as of this time. This is a fake way of lifting your truck. Just to make you creme yourself check here:

none of the stuff on this truck can be obtained by any of us as of yet for off the shelf purchase other then the grille, but soon I hope.
It's too bad the 2" leveling kit has been discontinued.

I wonder why?
I have mine sitting right here.
Like I have posted before, not sure if it was on this board or not but that is one easy thing to make and if I had access to a machine shop could make and sell them for about $40, and still make $ on them.
Trailmaster still sells theirs, I talked to Les Schwab about installing a set showing them the directions. They said they would not do it because the spacer is above the shock rather than preloading the springs like toyota and will not provide any stops for overextending the suspension, causing additional wear on the boots and joints. Almost made sense at first, but in thinking about it, the joints would be at the same angle either way, only way to change it is to move the pivot points, no? and the only time you may have a problem with over extension is when the suspension is unloaded, ie serious offroad, jumping etc, no?
I am a little confused (OK just confused!!!)
Please feel free to chime in with any insight.
Thanks,
LB

I put my 2" leveling kit on 2 weeks ago and have had absolutely no problems with it. I even did some "mild" off-roading to check some approach/departure angles and it was fine. Unless you beat the crap out of your truck, then the leveling kit is a good choice. I just wish they had not raked the truck in the first place and left it level.
