Ok, how much should I expect to pay to have my cervinis hood, rollpan, and checkmate bedcover painted?
All depends onthe body shop, color, and how much prep work the parts need. My body man is going to fix a scrape on the R/T bumper cover i bought and paint it and paint my grille shell all for $250 cash and that is a good price if that gives you any kind of idea.

Anywhere around $500-$700 depending on the paint and shop.

Ok, bc I was quoted 1200 at one place. I'm not paying that much at all. Thats a rip off

well, i paid 300 for a tonneau cover to get done, 300 for a race truck trends bumber cover (done in two tone indy red and silver for my ram). i would expect something like 500.oo-850.oo or so. 1200 does sound steep. make sure they do the wet sand steps too.

If it was paint only, no filler work/install/blending I would charge around 200.00 for the hood (outside only) 250.00 for the bed cover and 150.00 for the roll pan. Thats Dupont base/clear so around 600.00

for the color of your truck, expect ~$800-1000. plastic and fiberglass parts need special additives and process to prep and paint. that adds extra time and materials. all the prep materials and haz waste disposal is paid by the customer too.
just to paint the bed cover of my truck (DA Purple) was $300.

Thats why I said "no filler work" I have yet to see a aftermarket glas/plastic part that doesn't need work to make it nice and that cost more but some people care about how their stuff looks and some just don't. Myself I have a glass roll pan and I have about 4 hours in it to smooth it out before primer and paint and my hood scoop...lol, a hell of alot more than that.

Those checkmate covers usually need a decent amount of prep, cause if I am correct they are not perfectly smooth the way they ship them. That might have something to do with the expensive quote.
