Welp, the bed is next, very little to do here, about 4 small dents and mold the roll pan in, its a glass pan, I used screws to mount the pan and backed it up with 3M clear (its the faster of the 2) panel bond to ensure that the pan won't move different then the bedside so that it won't crack. I've always used Sir Mikes weld in pans but wanted to try this to see how it will work. The 3M panel bond is great stuff but you have to watch how its used, it's not very good for shaving handles and such because it tends to shink and show in hot weather, we'll see how it works on this pan, I think it'll be fine. I'll update pics when the bed is in primer, maybe later today.

Bed is now ready to final sand and paint, roll pan molded in very nice, time and driving will tell how well it works but for now its looking good. So I have only the cab, doors and fenders left. Its almost paint time!

Same here, change to Dupont 13 months ago, was with PPG for 11 years, I have the Pro system in this shop with the Chroma and its worked great, we have the only mixing system in southern WV thats fully automated, load the color it mixes itself, take all the human error out of the mix, talk about great matches!! It matches like Sadans face and a cows ass.
