with as much as they were gagging. im going to say thats not a pimple. looks more like an abcess from some kind of an infection. i lanced and drained enough of them on livestock growing up on a farm to know...god do they stink too.

That's a sebaceous cyst, and since the pocket is still there, it'll be coming back. Things like that require surgery.

It's certainly not an ordinary pimple by any means. Since it's in the skin I would think it started out life as a pimple or blackhead and then something went seriously wrong.

When I was in my late teens and early 20s I would get a massive pimple on my chest every 6 months or so. I haven't had one since that time so I think they were probably being made when my chest hair was filling in. They were too deep for a head, but close enough to the surface that I could squish them and feel all the crap inside. Eventually they'd get so big that I'd take a pin and rip off some skin and all sorts of nasty goo would ooze out. Nothing like that video though, but it was gross and I actually enjoyed breaking them.

That's not bad. I recently had one about twice the size I had to get popped. It shot to the ceiling and stuck. Yum. Sorry, no video for you.

I pop my zit every morning whether it needs to be popped or not, sometimes my girlfriend helps most of the time I take care of it myself. When she does not help, I just shoot it on her back, when she helps, I just shoot it on her back! I could make a video of it, but some of you will like that.
