why did they block the center of the bottom bumper / air dam? seems it would be best to be unblock for better cooling wouldnt?

I read an article on that airdam. it was made specifically for the airflow to the turbos(2 little holes) and if too much air gets under that truck when attempting 200+mph it will start to float (like a dragster) and get all squirelly

Yea, there were some pics where they shows the work being done to that bumper/cover. Its all totally custom.
