The DFW forum is temporarily down. I think it has to do with Don's medical problems. His last post was that he had been in the hospital a couple times - mostly tests, but it sounded like he had something and they weren't sure what it was. He was hosting the forum on his server, and his main site is also currently off line. Haven't heard from him so I don't know what his current situation is. Hope everything is OK.

We need to get a meet organized. Not sure when, but we will get it figured out somehow.

Wichita Falls isn't a large town by anymeans.... but it's a good size, and it's like 2 hrs. from the DFW area. You'll get really good prices on homes there in WF... the prices of homes, and commercial properties along the I35 corridor have really jumped in the last year.... many people from New York, Chicago, and California are realizing how much cheaper houses, and other properties are in this area are, and they're making prices higher.

This housing economy is going to bust sooner or later... just be careful. WF is far enough from DFW it probably won't be too big of a deal.

Might I suggest if you want to stay in the DFW area... but don't wanna be in fear of your life, stay WEST of Cooper street in Arlington. Mansfield(just south of Arlington) is also a good choice.

There really aren't many houston meets. The only ones I know about are setup through the R/T board.... the delphi board.

If you wanna make a 4 hr. drive,... you're more than welcome to attend a DFW meet,... they have meets nearly every month. Check out, www.dfwdakotas.com register on their site. It's mostly dfw guys, BUT,... they are cool with other Texans posting up.

Like viperkota said, you might want to check out DFW Dakotas (http://www.dfwdakotas.com), although I don't think they are planning any GTGs at Kennadale. You also might want to check out Dodge Truck World - Texas Chapter (http://dodgetruckworld.tenmagazines.com/forums/forum.ten-id-523), I know they're planning a March GTG at Kennadale. I'm a member of both.

Tons of fun! there was every thing there from Blown 07’ Z-06’s to 69 Volvos Hatches, but I must admit I was shocked to find out I was the R/T or Dakota for that matter that showed :huh:.
