cylinder heads

I just picked up a extra set of cylinder heads for 4.7. What kind of head work should I get done to improve torque and MPG?

I will be installing HO cams in them also.

are the new cylinder heads any lighter than your stock ones... or are they just another set of the stock ones?

If they are stock ones, then I'm not sure, but if they are after market, they should be lighter,... and may be fordged (sp?)

get them ported and polished. maybe bigger valves ? stronger valve springs too.
