There has been some intermittant access issues with the server over the past couple of months. The problem hasn't been consistant, but has been frequent enough to irritate many users. I have been working with the site's tech support agents, but their existing efforts haven't completely cleared up the problem. I will continue to work with tech support to see if we can permanently solve the problems, but in the meantime I've given permission to a couple of system moderators to call up tech support and request a server reboot if I'm not around when the problems are happening.
I will also be handing out a special e-mail address to some of the regulars of the website - messages sent to that address will trigger a silent notification on my cell phone, that way I can attempt to resolve the problem on a more timely basis if I'm near a computer. If you want "on the list" send me a PM, but please understand that access will be limited to prevent flooding.

I noticed that the site's been bogging down at about 2:30pm PST, so when it started slowing down today I gave the website a full reboot.

Is there any way you can fix it so you do not have to keep rebooting it every time it goes wah?

Check back at 5:30 PST +/- and you'll get to do the same thing all over again!

It has gotten to be a normal thing. That's why I always check out the other Dodge sites from 8:15 to 9:15 every night because I know the site is going down!

Not apples to apples, forums take so much more to run than a personal website or whatever you're running.
My connection must be faster than most here. It may not load for me for 5-10 minutes at worst. And when I can get back on I haven't missed a thing.
